Job Description:
● Produce newsworthy stories that are well researched, accurate, balanced and well written and ready for broadcast.
● Have excellent writing skills and the ability to write hard news, features and well as human interest stories.
● Establish a strong network of contacts.
● Produce audio and present news
● Manage a personal diary and initiate stories.
● Meet the deadline set out by the News editor
Requirements
● Excellent command of the English Language
● Afrikaans or Xhosa speaking as an additional language
● No radio experience required, on job training provided
● Under 30 years of age
● Own transport preferable (transport allowance) will be provided
● Stipended will be provided
● Starting June 2022 end December 2022
