* the first hour (between 9 & 10 o’clock) is more ‘reflective’ and partly devoted to the more ‘mature’ audience; we have a ‘thought for the day’ (devotion) and various items of interest and some of the music we play is seldom heard these days – like that of Jim Reeves and Virginia Lee …. amongst others …

* the hour between 10 & 11.00 a.m. we generally devote to ‘women’ - in fact, ’a programme for women, by a woman, about women’ during which we conduct interviews with women who are active in their communities, or who are experts in their particular fields and issues can range from personal testimonies, to health, to food; we also have a regular ‘fashion/beauty/health & lifestyle’ slot, weekly book reviews/competitions and we broadcast a recipe to end off the hour; the music for this (as well as the last) hour is decidedly more upbeat – but comfortably so!!

* the last hour (between 11 o’clock & 12 noon) we dedicate to issues which are of general interest to the community and also interview guests in this regard - our aim being to keep the community informed, educated and (yes – from time to time) entertained!! Of course, throughout the 3 hours, you are kept abreast of what’s happening locally, nationally and internationally, because we have a news bulletin 5 minutes before the hour, every hour!! So – do join ‘MORNING RENDEZVOUS’ this week and EVERY week for a ’meeting of minds, music and motivation’ …. Radio CCFm 107.5 & 96.7 - Tuesday to Thursday, between 9 and 12!
